Your Instructor: David L. Robertson
I have been interested in photography since college, where I learned how to develop my own negatives and to print black and white images. My images tend to reflect strong graphical elements and simplicity, regardless of subject matter, and have been described by NYC photographer and friend, Jay Maisel, as reflecting solitude, without loneliness. I have previously taught workshops on Lightroom and Photoshop at Viewpoint and at various camera clubs in the Sacramento region. I have also had several solo and group exhibits of my photographs, including a solo exhibit at the Pence Gallery in Davis (January 2008) and a group exhibit at Viewpoint (May 2009).
