Joe Fischer is a landscape and underwater photographer who specializes in the art of low-light and technical photography. His work as an instructor has taken him around the world where he teaches people how to use cameras under some of the most demanding conditions — underwater. On land he specializes in capturing the scenic beauty of California as well as migratory birds each year.
